Access all of your applications using CTRL+TAB
If you're looking for an application launcher with a slight difference, then Bevy is an interesting choice which shows all of your applications in a single window.
This window can be revealed simply by using CTRL+TAB or from the Menu Bar, the Bevvy Dock Icon, or by defining an alternative hot key. The view that Bevy presents is a bit daunting - showing all of your Application icons on one screen quickly reveals just how much you've got installed on your Mac. However, you can help reduce the clutter by hiding rarely-used apps and uninstallers.
Bevvy also updates in real time as you add and remove programs from your Mac. You can locate a program by pressing the key with the letter of its first name, although if several start with the same letter, it reveals more than just one. Dragging icons in Bevy onto the Bevy dock icon also reveals which other installed programs are compatible with it. I like the way that Bevy doesn't take-up as much screen real estate as the Dock but for me, nothing can beat the instant accessibility of the Dock, even if Bevy is just a hotkey away.
Bevvy is an interesting way to view absolutely everything installed in one window but doesn't offer any major advantages over other launchers.

I've used and purchased this app for quite a few years and have loved it. After upgrading to Mac OS Big Sur, Bevy stopped working properly so I went to the developer's web site to download the latest update. There isn't one. Furthermore, none of their apps have been updated in years. Worse, I emailed the developer to find out if there were updates coming. I never received a response.
If you decide to download Bevy or any of BergDesign's apps, DO NOT pay for them. If you develop issues, you'll get no support.
It's really a shame. Bevy was an awesome app. It's also horrible that they keep their web site active, happily accepting your money but offering nothing in return More
